A Much Needed Update

A year and a half ago, I redesigned my entire blog. I thought it would be a simple point, click, and wow pretty process. Right. I am way pickier than that. Of course.

And in a marathon 17-hour stint, I completely built, rebuilt, and rebuilt (times 20 seemingly) my sister's blog. She likes to move things around. A lot. Yes, it's easier than moving furniture but just as labor intensive and cussing heavy. I love her for it, though. That blog design episode taught me a ton about html, and I now know that you can absolutely google anything including "why the heck is my sister's blog driving me to drink?"

Last night, my cute, charming guy came over and sat with me while I redid my blog header and background. He taught me some Photoshop shortcuts and tricks, and thirty minutes later, I had my new redesign.
In the past eighteen months, I've evolved from "attempting to accomplish everything" to just being happy being me. Both filled with mishaps, I'm sure. But no matter what, from now on, they will be my mishaps. I'll own that!
